The Opportunity

FutureSight is seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to lead Loomwork, an AI automation venture. This is a co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity, not a salaried executive role.

Loomwork is an AI automation agency for growing companies. Every growing company knows AI is its next growth lever, but few have the people to turn it into working systems. Implementation is the scarce resource. Loomwork helps them find where AI will pay off, builds agents into the tools they already use, and keeps those agents running. It launches as a services business with a dedicated technical delivery team from day one. Every engagement also serves as research: as client work converges on one segment, Loomwork turns its library of deployed agents into a connected product and grows from agency to software company.

Market Context

The global AI consulting services market is valued at $11.9B in 2026 and is projected to reach $73.9B by 2034, growing at a 25.6% CAGR. North America holds about 38% of the market. Enterprise AI adoption climbed from 20% in 2017 to 88% in 2025, and adoption is outpacing the talent available to deploy it. Roughly 190,000 US and Canadian companies fall in the $10M to $300M revenue range, which puts the serviceable market at an estimated $3B a year. Most of these companies are too large for freelancers and too small for enterprise firms.

The Partnership

• Founder equity with meaningful ownership from inception

• Pre-seed capital committed by FutureSight for early hires and MVP development, with potential for follow-on funding

• Venture building resources, including embedded design, engineering, growth, and fundraising support from day one

• Investor and advisor network across the industry and early-stage capital markets

• A true co-creation model in which you operate as CEO with FutureSight’s cross-functional team as your partner

What You’ll Own

As Co-Founder & CEO, you will set the direction of the venture and lead its execution.

• Strategy: Shape the service offering, pricing, and positioning, and choose the segment to specialize in based on where demand converges

• Customer Development: Win engagements with growing companies, move clients from assessment to build to retainer, and build the go-to-market motion

• Product: Partner with the FutureSight delivery and engineering team to turn repeated client builds into reusable agents and, ultimately, a connected product

• Capital: Lead future fundraising, supported by FutureSight's network and the agency's traction

• Team: Recruit and lead the founding team, including a technical leader as the product takes shape, and establish the cultural foundation of the company

Co-Founder Profile

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company

• Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement

• Fundraising fluency, with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital

• Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent

• Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company

• Direct exposure to AI implementation, consulting, or selling technology services into growing companies
